I’ve used them twice. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the public needs to know. They are great people with good customer service and the plumber that runs this company Mr Tory is very knowledgeable. However my recent repair experience was a horrible. I called them out to fix and find a leak. They sent a younger plumber and he did fix the leak but caused another issue in which my kitchen faucet clogged up, making it unusable. I called them back to report this issue, to which they agreed to “make it up to me”, which, apparently, involved them coming back out to fix the issue and charging me for the cost of labor and materials (materials -> $95 faucet). They gave me a slight discount on the service charge ($50) which I appreciate but wanted full price to fix the issue (charging me labor prices again) that their employee caused and charged me $95 for a faucet I could get at Lowe’s for $45. I called them again to plead my case, but they wouldn’t budge on the charges. I did mention that I’d never heard of a basic faucet costing anywhere near $95 but they claim that they’ve never seen one at a lower price (I literally found a similar faucet at Lowe’s for $45) they are knowledgeable and experienced plumbers so this is the reason I hired them however I wish they stood behind their mistakes for loyal paying customers. I shouldn’t be charged extra labor after I already paid labor that was not held up to a high standard, I also don’t believe I was charged fairly for the faucet. My suggestion would be to buy your own materials and request for Mr. Tory personally not a younger less experienced plumber and don’t take their word when they say they inspected everything throughly, check yourself. Also I do want to mention they did travel 45 minutes to my house outside of their normal service area which I do appreciate. I hope they make these small changes because a good plumber is hard to find.

This company was doing work for my neighbor in Sylvan Heights, and we had been looking for a reputable plumber. They expertly fixed my deep well pump as well as my clogged bathtub. The two gentlemen that came to my house were very polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. It's been a week and the work has held up beyond expectations. They are the only plumbers I will use from now on. Pleasantly affordable too.

Estimate jumped over the weekend. They don't answer email. Overbid by 150% of a competitor. Looks like they're too busy for the average customer

I contacted Ark Plumbing about an issue I had, and they did an EXCELLENT job. Reese gave me an explanation of what needed to be done, and when they returned, the job was completed. I'm very satisfied with their outstanding service at a reasonable price!

Very nice People and worked efficiently and answered every question I had. I really appreciated how careful they were when working inside. They cleaned up their work areas. I highly recommend Ark. I'm sure glad I called them! And I also had a referral from another satisfied customer. So, I've no doubt that if I have any concerns arrise they would be adfressed promptly.
