Overcharging for parts!! Needed 30amp plug and boot. Most rv places sell these together for $29 plus tax. Ellis wanted $60 plus tax... No discount for vets, or disabled. Ridiculous, waited and bought part in Augusta for $30. Not impressed with this place! Guy was polite, but wouldn't budge on price.

We were in a serious time crunch to get a modest size camper for my husband to stay in while working out of town. They had a perfect little pop-up. They showed us everything about it. How to setup, take down, work the air-conditioning, and everything. The price was good and so was the staff. They even stayed open a little later than normal so he could go home and get the truck with the hitch on it! Thumbs up.
