Edward and I had been searching for a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for nearly two years. We have been to many many Jeep dealerships from Florida to Virginia. We visited Jimmy Britt in February 2020 when we met Matt Farah. He was extremely helpful, polite and most of all knowledgeable and understanding. In January 2021, we decided to custom build our Jeep (six-week process). We reached out to Jimmy Britt. They had the lowest price and once again top notch customer service. Matt and Reece were patiently waiting for us last Saturday to give us the keys. We love love our Rubi! We can't thank Matt, Reece, and the entire Jimmy Britt staff enough for their help in ensuring we got exactly everything we wanted in our Jeep. They have called twice this week to see how the newest addition to the family is doing! Jimmy Britt is family to us!!!! Thank you, thank you, and thank you!

Our car shopping experience was made easy with the friendly help of staff. Took the time to show us various cars and then back to cars we started with. Conrad was Amazing and patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and has even followed up with us following our purchase. Highly recommend!

My husband and I just purchased a used truck from here and the entire staff was super easy to work with. We live out of state and Conrad was more than willing to go out of his way to accommodate us. The next day we showed up to complete paperwork and it was painless. We spent all of one hour in the dealership and with the finance manager Josh (who was also a delight to work with) I highly recommend this place.

Jimmy Britt Chrysler Service Department is great. They show compassion, professionalism and great customer service. I have been taking my vehicles to them for the past 2 years and they have taken excellent care of my vehicles. The price of repairs is very reasonable and always discuss with me the cost of repairs before doing the work. The Service Department works with their customers needs that best fits their budget. There is is no short cut with this department. They stand behind their work. I would not go to any other Service Department for my vehicles maintenance. I am a customer of Jimmy Britt for as long as they want me.

Experience took a bit longer than I had expected but the team at Jimmy Britt made sure I was always taken care of and kept updated on where things were. Ended up having to leave the first night to think about somethings. To my surprise the guys at the dealership worked their magic the next day and got me a better deal than the day before. I was able to walk away pleased with my new SUV and the price for it. Huge shout out to Brendon and G in sales as well as Byron in finance for all their help.
