I love Franklin Toyota. From the service to the sales they have been top notch! I went to three different dealerships looking for a car to purchase before I came across Franklin Toyota. My salesman was Dirk Graham & he was beyond helpful! We told him my price range & he immediately asked if I liked a certain car. I told him yes & he pulled it up for me to check it out. It was everything I wanted plus more! On top of that, it was at my price range with everything included! It took not even an hour for me to purchase my car & leave the lot! Thank you Graham! I love my Corolla!!!!
If you are looking for a new car I recommend Franklin Toyota. The staff is amazing, patient and truly listen to your concerns and what you want. My experience is Dirk was great he listen to what I wanted and guided me through all the steps and was informative and understanding without being pushy. They truly care to make your experience positive and memorable.
Very nice car buying experience. No pressure or feeling we were just a commission check. Josh (sales) was very helpful, knowledgeable and focused on our needs not the highest price vehicle. Andre in finance was equally helpful and pleasant to work with. Overall, great experience and would recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Franklin Toyota!
