Minnie Cooper and Franklin's is simply the best. My car was totaled and I needed something fast and nice. I got the payments and interest rate I wanted as well as the price. This dealership is an hour away but worth the trip for me to get my car serviced. Chelsey always take care of me at the service counter.
Saw a vehicle online that I liked so I drove 3 hours to Franklin Chevrolet. The only thing I really didn't like is they kind of play games with the price and payments. I finally got the price and payment that I wanted but it took several hours. If you could do it in several hours you could have done it in the first few minutes. Other than that pleasant experience.
A big thank you goes to Minnie Cooper and Peyton for helping me purchase a new vehicle. I truly thank God for them in this whole process. If you looking for a new or used car I highly recommend Minnie Cooper and Peyton.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and asked for all fluids to be topped off, as well as my vehicle to be washed! Topping off the fluids and my vehicle being washed didn’t get done. Every time I have taken a vehicle to the dealership especially if I have purchased it there, fluids are topped off and a complimentary car wash is rendered if requested! If this is no longer proper protocol I was not informed initially after asking for these services. The service rep agreed when I asked for the services by saying (sure no problem). If I would have been told that it could not be done I would’ve simply said ok! After my oil was changed I was called to close out, at that point I looked at my vehicle and saw that it was not clean. A couple of service reps and techs looked and saw that it wasn’t clean when I was looking and said it doesn’t look like it was washed. To me I feel like this was done on purpose for a personal reason. Just my take on this whole situation. Needless to say I waited another 1hr and a half almost to see that my vehicle had still not been cleaned only to notice water being sprayed on there pretty much! All I want is for everyone to take pride in and do a job properly! It’s not fair for hardworking customers to be treated as if they don’t matter due to an issue someone may have with a customer!
