Cook the pizza until it is ready to serve. I would have happy waited an extra few minutes to not have a doughy junk pizza. I’ll go back to picking pizza up from a good pizza place. I got sucked in with “quick delivery.” Won’t make that mistake again.
First time I've ordered pizza at a drive thru window. So that was an interesting experience. The guy who took our order was friendly and helped us save a bit of money with a coupon we didn't know about. Reasonably fast turn around time for getting our pizza fresh out the oven
I only go here bc is so close but never had so many problems with any pizza place. Only go there a few times a year Almost always have some issue with my orders. I could understand a minor issue here and there if I go there every week but a few times a year and still get issues on almost every order? Whether is getting the order wrong, taking forever to cook pizza, pizza is not cooked right, major quality control issues with food with consistency. Pic as an example.
I've called and complained a few times and the manager is cooperative but not really nice or doesn't ever seem sincere with his apologies. I just want my order accurate in an expected amount of time and cooked right. No more no less but they always have issues there. I've had it with this place the last few years and am never going back there again.

I love their pizza, but my experience really made me want to come in and show them how to run a business. I ordered four personal sized pizzas at noon when they opened, they called me back after I had placed the order and said they wouldn’t have the dough for the fourth ready for another hour and a half. So were they using old dough for the other three? Why aren’t they prepared when they open?
