Always great friendly service
The worst customer service. Don't use any of their online services if you have to pay for anything. There's no guarantee you'll receive your paperwork and they won't notify you of any issues regarding approval or denial of paperwork.
I’m just moving back to Statesboro and remember the old office they had at the old building. Definitely a lot more spacious than before. I came in right at lunch time and thought it was going to be a nightmare. I was pleasantly surprised to see four (I think) windows open. There were about 7 people in line with all windows occupied. I then thought again it wasn’t going to go well but the line moved very quickly and I was in and out MUCH faster than I originally anticipated. Person I dealt with was pleasant, got me taken care of, and I was on my way!
Worst customer service! Very un organized and mixed in information. I suggest possibly a training course so everyone can get on the same page. I wish there was another way to do this besides having to go in there and deal with the mix up the employees here create. Gossip and cell phones seem to be the priority in this place. Worst experience!!!!!
