My appointment was at 930am with Danielle...I arrive early at 900am hoping she could get to me a little early because I had an 1100am appointment in Claxton...instead she arrive to work late around 1010am. Luckily the nice receptionist gave my tax file to Mrs. Mary by accident. By the time Danielle got to work Mrs. Mary was finished with my taxes. Also I had to use the restroom but it was not open to the public I had to go across the street to use another establishment restroom. I know we are taking precautions but get some sanitizer for the bathroom. Personal questions was being asked in front of other clients...the gentleman asked if he could go somewhere more private and talk...she took him OUTSIDE on the sidewalk. I was a little disappointed with service this year.
