Dollie the Manager is very helpful when you have a problem with the trailer you're renting even when it's late at night. She'll make sure that the maintenance man or her husband comes out and fixes it. A lot of improvements are being added to the park. It is quiet and the surroundings are pretty with all the trees. Stores are close by which make it convenient.
I can’t say a whole lot about this place because we only stopped overnight. I gave 5 stars because when we were traveling through the area, it started raining and got dark quickly. We spent 2 hours trying to find a place to stay. These people have an after-hours number and actually answer the phone. We were able to get a spot and were met by someone at the gate and helped to our site. So a big thank you to Safe Haven RV!
Only RV park I've ever seen where no one ever answers the phone. Trying to book a reservation has taken over 3 weeks. If this was a five star location this behavior would be understandable, but it's not.
Staff is awesome. Location is horrible. Gunshots heard every night. Did not feel safe without a gun and still then I was prepared not safe.
Bare essentials for a higher than normal price. And no one to greet you, i.e. no office for if , or you might need help. Kind of strange...have never experienced anything like this.
