I walked in and the person that greeted me didn’t have a mask. It was an online order but at no point did they try to put a mask on even though it’s a Utah mandate. The customers behind me didn’t even bother to wear their masks properly either (obviously if the cashiers not wearing a mask why would you bother) it basically didn’t feel like a safe place. It’s concerning when it comes to a food establishment? He just let me pay and I didn’t feel like even eating my sub?
The sub was really good. No complaints. The add-ons are reasonably priced. Ordered online and order was ready within a few minutes. Location is easily accessible. Definitely recommend for a fast tasty meal.
I’ve not had this experience with other jimmy johns, but unfortunately this location always messes up my order and delivery. (3 orders in a row now). They’ll forget to put certain veggies or condiments on the sandwich if you customize it and just go with whatever the default is. The bigger issue is they don’t follow delivery instructions and won’t walk upstairs to bring it to my apartment door. As I work during the day, I order delivery for convenience. Last two orders my sandwich was literally sitting outside on the sidewalk. It’s unsanitary and really poor service. When I lived in another city it was great, but I don’t think I would order from here again.
I visited jjs today and got the #5 Vito and turkey Tom. No complaints. The food was good and I got what I expected. The servers were courteous and I got my food super fast. They got me in and out very fast. All in all a great visit.
love the food but dang man. I put in an order at 7:23 and got my food at 8:15. It was one sandwich and I live fairly close. The whole "freaky fast" is a lie. Pretty disappointed in the service.
