Yoga instructor Mollie Densley is absolutely an incredible instructor. Instructions are very clear and precise. Her voice is very soothing as well. Its always a judge free zone. Yoga is something very uplifting for me and that is exactly what she provides. Very down to earth with the utmost respect, care, and coordination for every individual in her class

Mollie taught me yoga moves I had not learned before. They were deeply stretching and upped my yoga skills. She sets the tone for the whole class with soothing sounds and a calm voice.
