The steak and ale pie and fish and chips were delicious. They have generous size d cocktails at decent price. Service was easy going. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great variety of drinks and food just like what a good pub should have.

Never had any problems with the waitresses. Its a nice place to come eat in peace! When I really want to be alone I sit in the back booths!nI really like this place. The people are friendly and the food is good. I especially like there breakfasts!

Well the staff are friendly and greetings are very good. However the wait time for indoor orders is painfully slow and many mistakes are being made. We were ordering first as no one was there ahead of us. One happy meal and a drink with burger...simple order right? 20 minutes to get our food. Several people came in and ordered and they were getting pensive. Food arrived and no drinks...wrong drinks...and several times they ran customers down to correct orders...especially frappes. So hoping they get act together..we will still go there as we have only Hardees to choose from.

Fresh & fast. They did forget the sauces to our 2 6 piece nuggets. They were friendly, apologetic and fast. So they still get a 5 stars to me. PEOPLE. CHECK YOUR ORDERS Before you leave!!!!

Disappointed that the shake machine is down 1 week after a new opening. Incompetent employees who didn't communicate for 30 minutes (the time I placed my order, paid and waited at the pickup window and then in pickup spot #2) that the machine was down COMPLETELY. I was told just the chocolate shakes were down at the order screen. The manager was unaware that I was waiting (since the employee at the pickup window didn't mark on my order that she'd asked me to pull up to pickup spot #2). The manager was very nice and courteous and substituted two small vanilla shakes for hot fudge sundaes with m&m's for my kids who were upset. Please work on better communication from the employees fulfilling orders to the employees handling customers.
