It's been a week and they still haven't even attempted to fix this. I called about it last week in the nice girl that I talked to was able to put my order in for me and allow me to pay when I got there so that it was ready for pickup. I called the store today and they tell me that they're not out of the mocha Frappuccino but then they won't take my order over the phone. The whole point of using the app and ordering ahead is that I don't have to wait in line because I don't have time to (and the line at this particular location is always long); I'm on my way to work. I guess I'll take my coffee business somewhere else. ud83eudd37nnFix your ap? Improve your customer service?
My name is Lisa and I'm an independent contractor for Postmates. I went to this location to place an order for a customer. The staff assisting me were all very pleasant and had my order done in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks for making this a positive experience for me and my customer!!
I love this location! My drink is always made correctly!
Experience was very nice customer service very polite even trying to speak to us in Spanish and the food was awesome
6:30 a.m. and I ordered 5 Grande chai tea lattes hot , and 5 bacon and gouda breakfast sandwiches, and it did not seem to falter the staff at all. At that time of morning... kudos to a good crew!
