this McDonald’s has the worst service possible. I’ve been to multiple locations, and not one is as bad as this place. When placing a mobile order and pulling up to curbside pickup, your order never seems to make it out to you. When going inside to order, you’ll wait 25 minutes for an order. The workers here do more talking and standing around than working. It’s called fast food for a reason. Went in this morning for a Large Mocha Frappe and my order never made it to me. As a matter of after waiting 20 minutes for my order, a man came in and began to take apart the McCafe drink machine.....This kind of service is Unacceptable. If I could give 0 starts I would. If you can go to any other McDonald’s besides this one please do so you won’t be disappointed in the service.

Waited over 40 minutes for 1 happy meal for my daughter. I got stuck in line, and they decided to completely forget about the left lane and allowed 3 more cars to drive around me who waited not even 10. Bad service, usually gets the food wrong. HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place and going anywhere else, please re-train your staff...

This is the only McDonald's near us, unfortunately. Some of the absolute WORST customer service, usually takes over 20 minutes to get your food, and the manager (Hispanic woman) is slick at the mouth. We have called corporate twice on this location, but of course nothing was ever done. Be prepared to yell and repeat your order at least 3 times and never expect sauce or your order to be correct on the first try. It more than likely won't happen here. Wish I could give 0 stars.

We ordered in the restaurant for carryout here. They filled our order extremely quickly and got everything perfect, and the person at the register was very polite. Overall one of the better McDonald's, not to mention fast food, experiences I've had.
