Absolutely awful service. Waited for 30 minutes after my pick up time, watched while people who ordered in the store after me got their coffees, people who's pick up time was ten minutes after mine got their coffee before me. I'll be going to the Starbucks in Target from now on. 0/10 do not recommend.
Its a Starbucks so it was as expected coffee-wise. Customer service was good. Drive-through is very popular so plan accordingly if you go. It might be quicker to park & go in
An honest review is that the staff is friendly, the drinks are usually correct, and very little variation from one barista to the next in how drinks are made. However, the pace is incredibly slow. It takes 6 minutes per car on average for drive thru (yes I have been timing it for a while now). If I have a 30 minute lunch break, I cannot go to Starbucks even if I order ahead. The drink is never ready when I go inside and if there are more than 3 cars in line I will not make it out of line in under 30 minutes. The online ordering is consistently disabled on weekends resulting in drive through lines wrapped around the building taking upwards of one hour to get a coffee.
Starbucks is often busy on a Sunday afternoon, but it's always worth the wait. My frappuccino was cold and creamy, with just the right amount of caramel. Love it.
Fast service, never had any issues here. I can't wait till they show people to sit inside again.
