Very friendly service! Andrew was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed
Couldn't understand how I wanted my simple order then parked me for 10 min while they fixed 1 drink. Unacceptable and the manager was very rude when he told me to park.
This Starbucks in Lakeland is the Best and Ultimately My Favorite! Their consistency and courteousness exceeds the other locations in this area. Even though, I am closer to the North side location, I will drive to this location to get my Starbucks fix!
Talina at Starbucks is the best. She works fast and is always smiling(even through that mask). I love coming through the drive-thru in the mornings to know that my day will be made!
Listen every-time I leave the drive thru at this Starbucks I scream “I love you!” as I drive off and while it makes my husband cringe every single time; darn it I mean it!!!! The associates here are living, breathing ANGELS! This location needs to train the other lakeland locations bc they are top tier!!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL THE SMILES AND BOMB COFFEE!!! KEEP DOIN THE LORD’S WORK YOU ANGELS!
