There food at night is alot fresher and quicker now

A really great location! Always friendly, fast, and excellent food!

I was just in I even reminded the lady I want cream and sugar on the side she told me it was in the bag it is not so now I spent my money and cannot even drink it what poor service it's not that hard to put cream and sugar in a bag very disappointed

Sadly asked for no onions and burger was full of onion. I understand this is fast food but it's not that hard to get order right. Then they placed box on it's side and it spilled all over bag. Ugh

Terrible service. On 1/29/21 at 6:30pm I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. My bill came out to $50 so as you can imagine, it was quite a bit of food. One of the employees brought out less than half of my order and told me that the rest would be brought out shortly. 45 minutes later while still sitting there, I got out of the car, walked inside and they proceeded to tell me that they forgot about me. THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME! They gave me what I was told was the rest of my food. At this point I’m already mad so I grab it and go home because I have 3 small kids to feed. I get all the way home to realize that they still didn’t give me about 1/4 of the food that I ordered. My wife calls the store and speaks with a girl named Naja and proceeds to tell her what happened. She apologized and said that we could come back up for the rest of the food or a refund. We got there and the manager tried to get me to take the food. The rest of the food that was actually given to me is ice cold, so no thanks, I want a full refund. They ended up giving me my money back but the whole ordeal took about 2 hours and the end result was my kids didn’t get to eat at a decent time. This place is a joke and the management is a joke and the way they treat their customers is a joke. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 2 miles and go to the location on S Florida Ave. The service is better over there, by far.
