AMF Lakeland Lanes

We had my son's birthday there on 03/14/21. Manager was wonderful and very professional. Our waitress was sweet and on point. She also made amazing drinks. The rest of the staff was very accommodating. We had an amazing time bowling, playing games and pool in the little acarde.

For a Saturday morning, with only 5 open lanes (the place was hardly jumping) it cost my 3 kids (not me, their Father included) to play for $60 including shoes. Nice lanes, but I will never leave feeling fleeced again! Then a large fries and three small cokes were $36!!! How is this gun for parents when you have to explain to your kids that it is a total ripoff! Thanks for making me look like Father of The Year AMC, but you seriously need to fix your prices rather than gouge poor parents trying to get their kids out of the house during a pandemic.nAMF is NON PANDEMIC FRIENDLY!

I had a wonderful night! So much fun! Very family oriented. Good food at reasonable prices. Definitely going back!

Bought a Groupon that couldn’t be used. So spent 2x as much on bowling, great news for the business I guess.nnIn addition, sign states that you must wear a mask, not one single people was wearing one. Our group asked for things on the menu only to constantly be told they’re “out”. The restrooms were unusable due to the smell that could be smelt from lane 14-18.nnHere’s the thing, if you’re going to claim it’s “policy” let’s adhere to ALL policies. Not just the ones that appease you that day.

Horrible and rude people at this location. Yes it is a Friday and apparently spring break in polk county but they have a league on Fridays when it is a busy day why? The person working the desk has no guest service experience and he was not filling the lanes like he was supposed to be doing. He couldn't even tell us how long it would take before getting a lane and so we tried to wait at one of the tables to only be yelled at by guests that wanted to take over both tables for bowling on lane 10. We left and believe me we won't come back to this bowling alley again!
