Orange Bowl Lanes

Went with my parents and my own family. I didn't play but wife and kids did. I enjoyed watching them play. The staff was very nice and helpful. Prices are very reasonable.

I am outraged with the customer service my family experienced today. This was our second visit at this location and the second time we didn’t get what we paid for. We paid for 4 games and only played 2 because they put it in their system wrong and didn’t admit to it. We tried showing them that our game wasn’t finished and they didn’t try to help us at all. The woman at the counter also wasn’t following Covid-19 protocol and kept removing her mask while we were speaking to her. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I love rolling here service is awesome. The girls in the back are always so sweet especially the girl Elizabeth.

We placed a phone order at the Cafe to go for a fried chicken sandwich, Angus burger, fries, mozzarella sticks, and fries. When my wife picked up the order and brought it home, we were missing items and the food looked as if it was just thrown together. The lettuce and tomatoes were just slapped on the bread. Chicken was hard and burnt on ends. Overall, very upsetting and we drove up to the bowling alley to speak tonsomeone about this.nnThis is when we met Jeanette and she absolutely turned it all around. She was actually on her break eating her dinner when she asked us if there was an issue with our food. We showed it toonher and she offered us not only a heart felt apology for the lapse in service but also to remake our entire order.nnWe truly do enjoy the food at the Cafe and we even call it our default food whenever we can't decide what to eat and we had not had any negative experiences until this one. However, I have to say, Jeanette at the Cafe made it all better and the food she made surpassed our original expectations. Fresh fries and delicious sandwiches she made us. Jeanette literally made up for our experience and she is literally the reason for the 5 stars.nnShe acknowledged our issue, took ownership of it, and rectified it immediately...that is true Guest Service.

Line not well oil my high performance ball wont even hook on this lanes, and the ball return it very aggressive on the ball damaging the surface on the ball if you are a beginner or a pro a won’t recommend this bowling alley. Now if you are just going to have fun and come with your family and no to practice then i probably say its a good family bowling alley but definitely not a profesional grade bowling alley.
