Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Great place to visit and let the kids have so much fun with different things to do. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom dirty and there wasn't much seats to sit I had to sit on the massage chair with my baby guess because all the people with little bit of table. The food stand takes so long just to get a water the workers were very busy doing a lot of other orders recommend bringing your own drink other then that great place for the children to have fun.

The overall experience was good. No long wait times except for. The concession stand. My husband ordered a small popcorn and it has been over a hour to receive the popcorn still waiting. I most definitely will not be ordering anything from this place let alone visit again very disappointed to say the least

It was my grandsons 8th birthday party. He had a blast. So did the rest of the kids. It was great.

The young strawberry blonde girl who helped me was so sweet and genuine. The facility is a great place. reasonably priced.

Customer service was good. I was not pleased with paying for the deluxe package and then finding out that the wipe out activity was not operating and finding out after I had paid. Quick warning the ball pit and the cube pit is SUPER SHALLOW! I am 5’0 and I fell into the cube pit and sprained my ankle terribly. The warrior course with the ball pit is fairly shallow too and I say dangerous for any bigger kids. Also the bathrooms were nasty and neither the women’s bathroom nor the men’s bathroom had paper towels or at least a hand dryer.
