After struggling with RA for last couple years and being almost 100% disabled , I decided to make a few changes. I became vegan and started doing yoga Qi gong with Gabriela. In 2 months I am almost as good as I ever was. Gabriela will tailor a plan especially for you. She is positive, inspirational and very knowledgeable. Do to actually being able to work , i have worked so much and haven't had time to get back in for yoga. I can feel the difference and I'm not as well as I was just month ago. Diet and the right physical and mental exercises is what it takes for overall health and well being. Looking forward to many more sessions with Gabriela
