Lovely place to sit and work. They place good music at a nice volume so you can still hear your own thoughts. They have a variety of different beverages including fresh iced tea (they had a little herb garden on the wall that I’m assuming the mint comes from) and kombucha on top! We sat upstairs on the outdoor patio and it was a nice place to sit and observe the action on central Ave.
Poor customer service , cashier was rude and seemed like he didn’t even want to take my order!
Found this place this morning and LOVED it! I live in Ybor and it’s so cute and chill inside! The girl that was working was so sweet and helpful, didn’t get her name but she had cute pink hair! Definitely making this my go to coffee spot (:
Grassroots has been a home to me. Great owners and staff who are always helpful and kind. The product is definitely far beyond the every other kava and coffee bar in town.
One of our go-to's that I would have given five stars until today. In 2020, still allowing smoking outside while everyone around has to breathe it in was reason for us to turn around and leave as it affects the open air atmosphere both inside and out. There's no lack of science available to prove this affects the health of innocent bystanders, not to mention a lack of enjoyment....
