Steve not only showed up on time but the same day I placed the call.nHe immediately got to work on the task at hand. I requested four new sets of deadbolts / door knobs for a clients of mines new home. Once Steve saw the locks we already had in place, he educated us on the high quality (& expensive) locks we already have. He offered an alternative suggestion of simply re-keying the original locks and doors - so that the old key wouldn't work anymore and we saved about half the price it would of cost us to swap them will complete new hardware. Only took him maybe 15min, highly recommend.
It was my first time using them, but they had many good reviews already.nHe was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous as well as being more down-to-earth and more easily accessible than other locksmiths in the area.nSteve, the locksmith, came off as a straight-shooter and that was important.
Great service, quality, and price. I called a few listed locksmiths to replace a lost car key fob. Most of them were a mobile only service, where they then outsource to another service. I wouldn't really know who I was dealing with. I appreciate Steve at McPick because they offer both mobile and a physical location, so you know they have been and will be around a while.
Steve was so helpful. He was able to program my key fob when other places couldn't. Plus he was super friendly. I highly recommend him!
I called because he is local and had great ratings. Steve was very fast and arrived within 10 minutes to get the door open in my 2018 f150 after I locked the keys in it. He also plugged programmer in to retrieve my master key code. Highly recommend great work!
