I Personally don’t have any children here but I drop off and pick up my nieces and nephew at this location to help out my sister because she works. Obviously she does not get much Interaction with the teachers because I pick up. But she knows everything before I tell her. So she doesn’t miss much. They have an app that shows you everything that they have been doing and the teachers keep it updated daily with cute pictures, videos And reports explaining what they are learning. Every time I walk in, in the morning I see the Director and a Spanish lady wiping down the front lobby and playground, (Yes! the playground! never seen anything like it) mopping and it always smell so fresh! Im always greeted by her and a young girl in the front class who records the children’s temperatures. They are really taking health and safety measures serious and it shows! They have been open through this whole pandemic and with only one a abrupt closure for deep cleaning. All this was communicated on the app which the notification goes straight my sisters phone. I was skeptical about sending auntie babies to school but this center and Director has made myself and sister feel really comfortable and safe. Thank you Village Blvd.Kindercare for all you do!

I absolutely love the environment!! The facility is clean, kid friendly and parent approved. The director Ms.Roberts put my mind at ease regarding COVID Precautions . I’m very pleased!!!Thank you so much !

On July 29, 2020 an email was sent out to both parents and teachers at precisely 7:09 pm stating that someone at the Village center has been diagnosed with COVID-19. The email stated that the center will be closed for 72 hours but in fact was only closed for 48hours. The district leader ( Stephanie McGriff) said the center will be closed so that it can get professionally deep cleaned. I am not sure if this was a hoax or what but the center was reopened on Monday August 3, and neither the center director or assistant director was there with no explanation as to why only that they will be out for about the next two weeks. My mane concern was that the district leader said that the center would be professionally cleaned but it wasn’t. The center was the same as it was when it was closed on Wednesday July29th. My question to you is Kindercare why lie? Is the health and safety of your teachers and students not important to you? This is not the first time kindercare has had an out break of COVID. The greenacers center was closed for two weeks because one of the teachers had. They said the center would be “professionally cleaned” Was it really?

I am pleased with the service we have received so far. There isn't too much to complain about.
