Every Saturday, I, a Vietnam combat decorated disabled veteran, go visit a 89 y.o. Korean War combat veteran and widower living alone to pray the Rosary. I stop by McDonald's to get him a large hazelnut ice coffee to bring to him. He loves when we pray together and thoroughly enjoys his large hazelnut ice coffee. Thank you for having a beverage my fellow veteran enjoys so much. Your staff are always polite, and process the orde that is well made.

This is the most unorganized establishment. I ordered a large number three like I’ve been doing for years. After waiting 10 minutes, the order was wrong. I gave them my receipt and waited another 10 minutes for my order to be wrong. TRAIN YOU EMPLOYEES!!!! Can’t believe this place is still in business. I do not recommend this McDonald’s. Don’t waste your time and go to Wendy’s or Burger King down the street. Giving this place one star is being nice!!!

I just had to write a review about how awesome the staff here are. I just left this location and couldn’t be happier. They were so busy, it’s a holiday weekend, they are training a new person, and everyone was still smiling and getting along great and helping each other out. You can tell this is a very fun staff and they all support each other. I especially want to give a HUGE shout out to Angie, who was moving around working multiple stations during their rush and came right over to the register to help me when I needed it. I was having a pretty bad day and she made me smile within the first minute of me being there. To me that really makes a difference in customer service. You never know what someone is going through, and the smallest gestures of kindness can really save the day. I vote Angie for employee of the month!

I went there ordered my food and they gave my order away. So I had to wait. After waiting for an additional 7 minutes they came outside. They still forgot my cheeseburger. So I went inside and asked for my missing sandwich. It took them 5 minutes to give me a cold cheeseburger. It also looked like they fingered my sandwich. Horrible management on the inside everyone was all over the place. The Soda was flat as well due to the great West Palm Beach water debacle. They lucky them spicy nuggets was good or they would've got two stars. I should've took a picture of the burger.
