I been in many McDonald's all the Country en this is the most slow service I sow in my life. I think the manager is not professional......

MC Donald's I where I get my mocha frappe and they make excellent coffee.nThey have made they restaurants look very nice and they keep a clean safe environment inside.

I have given this location try after try hoping they can redeem themselves yet they never do, in my case my experience just worsens.nThe last time I came here I went through the drive-thru, this was the first time a female took my order rather than all guys in previous occasions who give you a tone as if you were bothering them. This time I exaggerated to my girlfriend who was with me that the young lady on the speaker was very nice. She only went on to repeatedly getting my order wrong, which didn’t bother me- we can correct it, however when she told me to give her a second I said sure thing!nWhile she thought her mic was off, it was still on and I could hear everything. She was cursing that the customer kept having her change things, that her computer wasn’t working, so on and so forth.. She then realized I was listening and cut it off.nI pulled up to the window like normal and she asked if i had been listening. I acted confused and basically said no. While at the window, handing her my card, she starts saying she cannot stay any longer as her shift has ended and then says her mom is waiting outside, just a truly unprofessional experience. When I received my order, our fries and chicken nuggets were so over cooked and very hard to chew exactly like the previous visits. To date I have learned my lesson, I will not be going back to this location any longer.

Every time I come to this McDonald's they never can get my order correct.
