This place is very beautiful. My friend's and I skated down the trail. Great road to skate. Not much in terms of scenery. But if your into jogging or biking or just staying fit in general. You will enjoy this. It ends at a nice shopping/restaurant place where you can chill out with your friends and grab a quick bite. Definitely would recommend for anyone trying to stay fit or have a good time walking with your friends and family.
Beautiful park with serene lake view and access. Think there's great fishing here too as the habitat looks sustainable for plenty of fish life. There's a sand beach and a couple of gazebo like piers for covered fishing spots. Nice trail that goes around the lake and there's plenty of shops and restaurants for dining and grabbing a drink.
This place is very cozy, feels almost like city in its own sometimes. Serene, calm, a lot of activity going on, beautiful real estate and even better views. The parks are wonderful, the dog park is very active and plenty of friends to interact with.nMost of the aerial shots were taken via my DJI Mini 2 drone.
A beautiful park with a great pathway for biking, walking, running, etc. We lived in Baldwin park for a few years and went to this park frequently. I love that it has minimal interaction with the main traffic so it's a safe path to use regularly.nnthey do host a lot of 5 case at the specific pathway, so if you do live in the area and might be kind of frustrating that there is constant traffic, both driving and foot traffic. However, if you live in this area you also know that this is a regular occurrence when you move in so you can't really expect it to not happen. it's a great location for people who have pets, because the path is very wide and it's easy to get around. A lot of people are walking their dogs here so it's a great space to see lots of animals.nnThere is parking all around the lake, both in public parking lots, as well as, parallel parking spots right on the edge of the path. You can pretty much always find a spot, unless it's super busy for an event, which isn't that frequent.nnI love the view of the lake that you get from pretty much any spot around this path. There's always a great view and it really helps break things up from the monotony of City Life.nnOverall: A+nA gorgeous view, plenty of parking all the way around the lake, add a large path for both biking and walking. I love this location and I have more 5Ks coming up this year!
Very scenic. Took a bike ride
