brent is very punctual and friendly. The service is highly professional and efficient. He responses to your inquiry quickly, explains you the features of different locks and brands along with a quote. Then he comes on time. The installation process is smooth.
Dean and Joe are completely awesome! Poor Dean even had to come back twice because I accidentally told him the wrong lock type. They didn't charge me for the first trip, only for when he came back the second time. He did a fantastic job with my new lock, all safe and secure, and for a more than reasonable price!
I would recommend them any time!
We had Scott Darrow of they open up an antique safe we had bought in a Paris flea market and he was amazing!! Not only did Scott miraculously open the safe (which was fully locked/bolted and jammed since it's really old from the early 1900s), but he's a really friendly guy who's truly interested in safes. The price was on par with other locksmiths in and was actually even a bit better. It was a total of $299 plus tax and included an initial visit/consultation where he tried to open the safe, and then a return visit after we also got a second opinion from another locksmith, and we decided to go with Scott. Scott was also really responsive to emails, quick to reply, and even came on a Sunday night last-minute. The safe is still functioning and doesn't even look like it was drilled into! Amazing. I highly recommend Scott of they and would definitely call him again if I ever have another safe issue.

Locked out of my flat this last Saturday night at 10:45. they's answering service was friendly and patient with me despite my anxious behavior. garry called me back in the stated 15-20-minute period. He was friendly and courteous and arrived at my apartment exactly when he said he would. I was pleasantly surprised by his punctuality. He had me back in my flat within 10 minutes of his arrival (actual work 5-7 minutes). I like that the cost of services is stated upfront and are very reasonable. I also appreciate that they actually do operate 24-hours a day unlike two other services I called who hung up on me saying that they were closed - despite the contradictory claims on stickers plastered all over my building's locks and doors. Additional bonus for me: Paying a proper professional was cheaper than having to bribe my wretched off-site super to come down to the building and let me in. I definitely recommend their services.
