Oak Ridge Phase 2

Cal-Atlantic (now Lennar Homes) is one of the most unprofessional builders in the Southeast. The sales reps never answer phone calls and you can barely get ahold of any sales representatives unless you hound them. I inquired since Dec 2017 about the last plot of land that was unreleased, with cash in hand to build, no loan needed. I even spoke repeatedly to the previous sales represntatives and management of the contracted builder who assured me that I should call every week asking for any info on the lot release. I was repeatedly told that they would have the model homes for sale before they listed the remaining lots to build on. I found out this week that the land was sold to someone who is building one of the CHEAPEST models that is available with next to no upgrades. I had to text a new representative to get a response to which I was told that they still have the model home available. Here I am, with CASH in hand $500k+ and I fear it was likely because of the color of my skin and the fact that I didn't play the part like I had the money. I will take my money elsewhere to another builder. I hope this review helps people who are looking to purchase a home in this neighborhood look elsewhere.
