Park Avenue Child Care Preschool

My child attended this daycare I August of 2018-March 2019. The 2nd day she was located at the other location on Park Ave & was bitten by another child on the jaw. No explanation & no one was carefully watching them. I honestly feel the leadership staff can be more friendly toward the children and provide more positive reinforcement. Which is important for toddlers. Daycare lost good teachers & in need of a more structured environment.

The director and assistant director are rude. They cannot keep teachers . No structure. The cameras NEVER work! I picked my child several times from there and she was left in wet clothes. When I would ask why I would get a rude response.

They were okay at first. Until they starting to go against my court order and releasing my son to someone who wasn’t on the pick up list When I ask multiple times not to do it and still done it. The director and assistant director are very rude.
