Customer service was excellent, despite the fact that they couldn't get my key fob replacement. They attempted to repair it and later that week replaced another key fob on my daughter's car. WDBWA

So I called up and made an appointment to see them about making a duplicate car key.nI show up and lady tells me its 200 for the key and 140 for the programming. So I was thankful because that was an amazing qoute I got. So I pay the 200. And wait for the key to be shipped.nThey call me 4 days later saying they have the key and i should make an appointment to have them program it. I ask how long does it take?nnThey say 15 mins to 1 hour Max.nnI tell the lady cool, so ill come before I go to work to have it done.nnI set the appointment at 12, I have to work at 2, and I work 15 mins away.nnPlenty of time... so I thought.nnApparently they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COPY MY KEY, AND WHILE I WAS WAITING IN THE LOBBY, I HEAR THEM WATCHING YOUTUBE VIDEOS ABOUT PROGRAMMING MY KEY.nnI DONT MIND. DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET MY KEY MADE.nnBUT HERES THE PROBLEM!nnthey don't know what they were doing, and then when I asked them, are they sure they are going be ready in a hour they reassured me that they well.nnWell the time comes up and I tell them I have to go, its 140, I need to be going.nnThe manager comes out the back at starts yelling at me for rushing them.nnSays if I go to a car repair shop, and they qoute me a hour but it takes more time then that, what would I do?nnI tell him, I asked and made sure I gave you extra time then a hour to get my key done.nnWell he starts going off on me.nnI grab my key and leave, he tells me I owe him the other 140.nnI told him he didn't program nothing.nnSo I leave with an unprogrammed key.nnThey call me up the next day, and offer me a full refund because they COULDNT PROGRAM MY KEY.nnTHEY SAID THAT MY CAR KEYS HAVE A DIFFERENT PROGRAMMING THEN THEY EXPECTED.nnSO THEY WASTE YOUR TIMEnnQOUTE YOU A PRICEnnAND THEN HOPE THEY CAN DO THE WORK.nSTAY AWAY.
