I started to come to this Dunking Donuts everyday for about 3 months now. I am blown away by the night team's professionalism. Jeffrey deserves a standing ovation because he makes me feel appreciated as a customer and this is the primary reason I'd rather drive past 3 Dunking Donuts just to come to this location. The night crew is AMAZING!

everytime I place an order on the app before 6am when i get there even if an hour after i placed the order it is never ready for pick up. they ask me to park on the side and wait to keep the window moving. This is the exact same scenario for the 10th time. unfortunately this is the only DD by my job. I cannot wait for a new one to be built.

Quick service! We had a couple bumps but I think the young lady was training. But I would go again, just maybe in the drive-thru next time.

I live not too far from this Dunkin and I went yesterday for a sandwich and iced coffee. Person taking the order had a bad attitude which I tried to be pleasant since they were handling my food. However the person who processed my payment was someone different who was very nice so I would suggest retraining that employee taking orders. Seems like a few people have had the same experience based on the other reviews. Also got my iced coffee order wrong. Didn’t ask for sugar and it was automatically added because her attitude was blocking her ability to listen. I am willing to make the drive to the next closest Dunkin just for a more pleasant experience. This is also not the first time I have visited and I don’t remember ever having a good experience here. Truly a shame.
