I really enjoy their food. I always get great service there. The place is clean and the workers are always welcoming. Would recommend to others.

This morning, coming to this McDonald’s on 119 st NW 7th Avenue was a terrible choice or experience. I made an order for my two sons evenly and two of the hot chocolates were supposed to be medium. So I told the lady at the window that I ordered two medium drinks. She said that’s not what the cashier charged. She said there was nothing she can do about that order. I told her it’s not fair to me that your cashier got my order wrong may I please purchase the extra to upgrade to a medium. She said, “No.” She said she has other customers after me she told me she has to get to the next customer. I told her it’s not fair to me that I made an order but the cashier got it wrong. I told her she should accommodate by letting me pay the extra to get a media drink for my son. She told me, “No!” I don’t usually write negative reviews but I just didn’t like the experience that I had this morning. If any of you are parents you know how children are, when you have more than one you try to give them things evenly so they don’t feel like one is more important than the other. McDonald’s please improve your customer service because I feel like she could have done more to improve customer satisfaction.

Ok I’ve had some horrible drive through experiences in north Miami. This McDonald’s was the opposite! Employees were friendly at 2 am and were even willing to search for the right toy that I asked for. It’s hard to find such polite people at 2 am who work in fast food!

I honestly loved their dishes and customer service, fantastic area very close to where I live. The staff members are always super friendly. Will come visit again.
