Great little sub and pizza shop right on Buchanan Bridge. I always get the honey bbq steak tip rice bowl and it’s always on point. Juicy tender grilled steak tips smothered in perfectly sweet and perfectly tangy honey bbq sauce over rice pilaf **chef kiss** magnifique! Customer service is great too! I just ordered and they forgot my cheesecake, I called them when I realized and they sent it right away! Other places would’ve given me credit towards my next order but they got me my scrumptious dessert because they knew if ordered it that must mean that I have a hankering for a hunk of cheese.....cake...now, and not next week. So thank you Nick’s for being pretty alright folks and making delectable cuisine. 10/10 would recommend to all the people.

Fantastic food, super nice staff, consistently good ambience. They charge convenient pricing and the food quality is excellent. I recommend this place.

Food is pretty good nice and seasoned... I'm a little annoyed because it says that they close at 10 p.m. so if I'm calling at 9:35 p.m. for a pizza roll I don't know why the fryolator is shut off at 9:30 p.m.? So they might as well say that they stop taking orders at 9:30 p.m. so that people know that they have until 10 p.m. to pick up their food that they ordered at 9:30 p.m.

Today I experienced the worst customer service out of all my dining experiences I’ve had. I’m the type to give places 2nd and 3rd chances after mistakes they make but today I regret giving Nick’s another chance. I placed an online order with 15+ minutes before picking it up so they had no excuse on why they left out an item from my order. After I called to let them know this they told me that it’s busy so I have to wait when they are ready. After 30+ minutes of waiting and never getting my missing order, I had to go back to get my money. They were not sorry at all and didn’t offer anything to make this any better. They really need Customer Service 101 cause they all failed today.
