The manager is a lady who runs the location like a Dictatorship, she applies her own rules. First rule 1) No dollar Menu outside of 1pm-7pm, Second rule 2) No order additions or changes at any window. 3) Rule charges for free water. Her employees deserve much better they work hard and are nice.
I was charged an extra $1 for requesting an ice water rather than a soft drink for a value meal. No one could figure out how to eliminate this charge. They handed me a crispy chicken sandwich, medium fries, and the tiniest cup of water you’ve ever seen. They informed me had I ordered a soda it would have been $1 less and served in a larder cup. I’m stumped.
Worst McDonald’s... NO, worst restaurant.... NO, WORST BUSINESS I’ve ever been to or could imagine in my LIFE! Practically everyone who works there barely knows English and is PIST! Come here if you like over cooked fast food waiting for up to 40 minutes in a line and receiving the wrong order! At least they are consistent at something! bad service
Food is like any McDonald’s but the staff is not. They were rude and denied my mobile order, which I was charged for and had to go through my bank to be refunded. Even when I showed them a paid receipt, the MaNAGER yelled at me and told me to leave. Who gets yelled at for paying through the McDonald’s app? As it turns out, anyone who orders at this location. Employees are rude and could care less about customer service!
This is by far the best restaurant I've ever visited in my life. This is a restaurant where I'd like to return.
