The guy behind the counter was very chill and easy going with unlimited samples and no pressure! The ice-cream tastes great and is very reasonably priced!

Super meh ice cream, with almost none of the 24 flavors their website advertises. The mint chip tasted strongly of fake mint extract, and I paid over $6 for a cone with 2 small scoops. The rocky road was decent. A disappointment given all the good reviews.

While venturing down Harding Avenue, we discovered this place. We stopped in because we thought they had a specific type of ice cream according to what we saw online. It also had a visual appeal that drew us to it.nnWhen we entered the shop, the attendant was not at all friendly. Though the place was empty for the duration of our visit, she did not greet us or anything. We began dialogue with her by asking about ice cream flavors. She was most unhelpful and almost gave the impression that she did not want our business. If it had been up to me, I would have left without patronizing this place and gladly taken my money elsewhere. The only reason that we even stepped foot inside of the place is because we were doing the vacation tourist thing.nnNevertheless, we ordered a scoop of ice cream. While the place had a cute little ice cream shop appeal, the customer service was completely lacking. In addition to not being greeted initially, she did not say thanks for your business, enjoy, and/or come again. Even if you don't mean it, isn't that business etiquette 101?nnTo be quite honest, the ice cream was subpar in my opinion. I thought it tasted more like ice milk at best. It was also overpriced. Even if the ice cream had been outstanding, when visiting, I would never patronize the place again. Even if I was with someone who was paying, I would discourage them from patronizing this place as well.

This woman asked for my help when she first got the place for ideas. It was painted a crayon bright yellow. I know her and her husband bcs I rented an apt for them in Miami & 79th St. My rent was $750. Im an artist and she came to me for help. I told her I would make her store artistic not just look like a kid place. I was unemployed at the time and needed to pay the rent. I asked her for $1500. She said it was too much , she didn't have the $$$ and she could only pay me $500, wich is below my rent and spare me no money for food or other expenses. She paid for materials wichbi supplied receipts. That menu frame, it's an original design made from scratch. It was drawn on wood , cut, and sanded then painted with 3 colors. Painting of the inside lines, outside, bench by window with stencil work and 3 small lamps I design . The back of the menu board is painted with chocolate color for check board, . When she asked me for the bench she agreed in paying me $200 additional for it. Total $700. Again my rent was $750 and the $ I asked was reasonable to be able to pay rent and have extra while I find employment. Kind? Sweet? It's a predatory voucher automatic INSTICT to take advantage of the most vulnerable. I did lines outside inside , painted, painted the mirrors wich wete all shinny white she got at Marshals in clearance. Design a menu board no one has....she paid me $700. Below my rent amour. ...then got evicted from the apt I rented to her husband Brent. I believe they are Jewish? The last time I had sent her an email was when I saw the episode on HGTV of the design inside her home by a male designer. The show showcase the store and him giving complements on the beauty of the decor. I sent her reminding her of what she and her husband did. No remorse, no answer, I always waited to see if she will get back at me....nothing. I wonder if I was Jewish decent and went to the synagogue if she and her husband would have done the same? God is just and here after so long I let everyone know.

Been a long time customer here, ice cream is GREAT, 5 star ice cream, but i went there today and there was a new staff member. They are usually SO polite but this new guy was absolutely so rude. Yelling at his customers and he ignored me after I ordered and sat on his phone for about 3 minutes. Serendipity, get rid of him!
