Terrible terrible staff this young guy working there Sunday, November 15 around 2 PM I came with my four kids… They were so excited to get ice cream and had to leave because the guy was just in a bad mood and told them to touch “absolutely nothing” in the store . Why do u even display so many toys in an ice cream shop for kids if they aren’t allowed to touch them they can only stare . Please hire staff that understands kids and are respectful to mothers with 4 kids and 1 newborn. You work in an ice cream shop you should have staff that understands it’s clientele. Kids are wild and touch everything They are not robots. That’s what kids do. Didn’t even buy ice cream because he was so rude

The best gelato we’ve found in America. My husband tries the stracciatella everywhere we go and this was by far his favorite place. The also has wonderful non-dairy options, the lemon sorbet was incredible and didn’t leave a funny taste in your mouth afterwards like so many others do. The paleo brownies are delicious as well!nnWe loved that all of the products are certified organic and kosher. The staff was friendly and helpful. Now our go-to spot for ice cream in Miami Beach!
