Best place to eat and enjoy friendly conversation and just an all around great place to go
Our favorite place to settle in and feel right at home. After a long morning, flying into Sarasota, we nestled in for a delicious breakfast. I had Eggs Benedict, which was accompanied by grilled potatoes and my favorite, fresh fruit. My husband had an omelet with potatoes. Both dishes were excellent. We plan to return soon!
Great place for breakfast. Nice large portions. Small, pleasant, and efficient staff.
Revisited after a 10+ year Longboat Key vacation gap. The location's staff is attentive and busy which is good. Our server I recollect from our visit long ago which means the staff is tried and true. If you chat a little might get a little more attention than the normal tourist. Anyways, had an omelette (tallest, largest every) with seemingly fresh o.j., buttered rye (yes rye) toast and fruit - very good and filling. This restaurant visited by locals and travelers alike. In the Longboat Key area, this restaurant is on our list and remembered for the pretty good food and service. We've previously visited their St. Armand location but the seating is very narrow room so congested and the ambience different. Longboat Key location more spacious, booths. Would visit again. Reasonable prices for the volume and quality of food.
Not a bad place for breakfast. Portions on dolphin breakfast plate were good
