Drinks go from Fantastic to Flat depending on which employee makes your drink.nOr how much enthusiasm that person shows with their work.nThey have a couple of Fantastic, Great and Dedicated employees, unfortunately people rarely give reviews for the good ones.
This is literally my favorite Starbucks out of all the Manatee County locations. They very rarely make mistakes and go above and beyond to fix it if they do. They're always cheerful, organized, and wonderful innovative thinkers. All other locations pale drastically in comparison to this one. Here's to many more. ☕
Friendly baristas, prompt service. The drive through line was incredibly efficient. We didn't wait long at all for both mobile order pick up and drive through orders.
Ordered two iced shaken brown sugar oatmilk espressos, only modification was no cinnamon in either. Bitter. One of the “remade” drinks looked and tasted exactly like the first, the other one was decent. But both now had cinnamon powder. ud83eudd26♀ufe0f Gave up and went to Dunkin.
To the server lady who offered us a baby pouch when we were trying to find something for our 9 month old to eat. Thank you! We’d gotten stuck in traffic and didn’t bring enough snacks. You are a legend.
