We are doing a renovations and we were introduced to Jared at Idaho Falls Valley Glass and he recommended a Amsco window for our bathroom window. I was very impressed with the timely manner in which the window was installed, and the quality of the window is superb and we are extremely happy.
From the people who answer the phones to the people who fill the orders like Austin, everyone was extremely patience, knowledgeable, and helpful...even on a Friday afternoon.
My dad went here today to pick up windows for my brother in-law. Everybody was extremely rude. They all had terrible attitudes. Nobody could find any of his paperwork, and when they finally did he was rudely told to back his truck up for the windows to be loaded.
He waited for someone to come load the windows as he was told to do. A younger guy came out and asked if my dad was waiting for the windows. He said yes and the kid pointed at the windows and said “well here you go” and walked away. My dad loaded 7 windows by himself with broken ribs and a bad shoulder. I am furious to say the least. Terrible place. They won’t be getting any more business from us.
They run a tight ship there. Windows industry as a whole is so problematic!!!
AMSCO makes it look easy! Other manufacturers could use a lesson from AMSCO.
Have several damaged windows that are under warranty, but trying to get this company to fix these windows seems impossible. My wife has made numerous call, poor customer service we can’t seem to resolve the problem..::
