Almost all of the squadron activities center around boatingnnIn addition to offering boating educational courses ranging from Seamanship to Celestial Navigation and seminars ranging from Engine Maintenance to Weather, the VBPS offers free Vessel Safety Checks and is involved in the Cooperative Charting program. Members also actively engage in many volunteer projects throughout the community, providing thousands of hours of civic service .
