Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. When I walked in I was ignored as I patiently waited to be addressed. After sitting there for a good 10 minutes without being spoken to a girl walks in and immediately the kid looks at me and addresses her. I will be back with his name for he deserves to be fired !!!! Then they had only half of my order made and didn't believe me until I showed receipt, then proceeded to make the drink the outright rudest way possible. Spilling all over his hand. He SHOOK THR DROPS ONTO THE DRINK FROM HIS HAND !!!! THE STARBUCKS IS ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!
Great associates, always very nice and friendly. Every time I've been it's always very clean and welcoming.
Horrible Horrible. For a flavored water they just tried to charge a “customized tea” double the price I pay at other locations. Never again
