Rode our bikes here from the campground and was not disappointed! Crab Benedict was 10 ⭐ufe0f for sure as was the vibe and the aura from all of the servers! This is such a great little place across the street from the ocean, good food what more could u want? A Bloody Mary, no problems long with many Mimosa options as well. It's very excited to eat here. They just opened. I sat outside. The server knows I'm out there. It takes a roughly about 5 minutes to bring me a menu which is no problem; but when she brings it she says she'll be back from my drink order. Now I'm by myself. I've been a server for 20 years and the very first thing you ask is what would you like to drink. I left :(

PERFECTION!! Java Joint strives to give Michelin star level execution of their culture, in a beach casual environment. I have NEVER been to a restaurant where the employees seamlessly, work as a team, to bring the absolute best in customer service! The owner came up to let us know how the culture of this restaurant was going to work. What I actually experienced, was not a slogan written on a wall, but rather, an actual description of what we experienced from every employee we encountered. What is unique about this restaurant, is not just one server, rather you interact with almost everyone working there, with a seamless experience. At least 4-5 people approached us, with again...seamless service. My husband had the shrimp/grits, I had the avocado toast/2 eggs topping it off. I dislike grits, but loved the creaminess of this dish...my husband especially enjoyed the BLACKENED shrimp with it. The avocado toast was tested against my husband’s perfection in his homemade guacamole, the next best, in taste and freshness was outstanding!! You will not go wrong in making this place your next, perfect, decision!

I'm a local Flagler Beach resident and on this beautiful morning I walked all the way up to Java joint to treat myself to some biscuits and gravy. the young lady at the register would not serve me because she wanted me to reach a $10 minimum to use my debit card she offered me to pile on muffins to reach the desired amount but I did not walk up there for muffins or want to carry the extra weight home. There were customers watching this transaction I felt very embarrassed and left empty-handed and walked all the way back home hungry. Positively shocked!

Great little place with awesome staff and food. Best bloody Mary’s. Pet friendly on the patio, which is awesome. Our Dobie, Titan, enjoyed all the attention. We plan on eating there every time we visit that area. Don’t hesitate to visit!
