My wife and I had an early breakfast at Hi Tulip Cafe this morning and it was delightful. The restaurant is in a strip mall of 100 and is what you would expect... not fancy, but clean and they were very mindful of wearing their masks. Our waitress Brittany was very nice and really helped to make this a really nice experience. My wife had the Veggie omelet and I had the Western with a biscuit and it was delicious. Good price and great service... I would highly recommend checking it out!

Small breakfast and lunch diner. Good food, served by friendly wait staff. Not usually too busy. Plenty of parking. Outdoor seating available. Pet friendly on the patio. Walking distance to a county park along the intercoastal. Plenty of space to chase or watch your furry friend.

We stopped by for the first time today a little after 1pm so it wasn't very busy. We saw a note on the menu saying they're keeping their capacity at 50% bc of covid even though the state is allowing them to be at 100%. We appreciate that. The staff was very attentive and patient as we figured out what to try. We enjoyed everything we ordered and will be returning to try some of their other items. Highly recommend you try this cute Cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. ud83dude0a

great food!! I had Southwest Grilled chicken, my daughter had breakfast sandwich. We drove to the beach and enjoyed a wonderful lunch

What a cute little cafe! We decided to try this place out while staying locally on vacation, so glad we did! Fabulous food, probably the best breakfast I've ever had! We ate the Philly Benedict with home fries and the bacon, cheddar, and tomato omelet with home fries. Delicious! The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is clean and well organized with great covid precautions. It is definitely on our list when we return to Flagler Beach again!
