Great place with great drinks.nVery authentic Taiwanese boba tea.nLove it!!!
The place is dirty, smelly, and I saw a cockroach scurrying around too. Definitely not Covid compliant. I doubt anyone cleans anything. Owner also doesn’t wear his mask properly. Tea isn’t even good, tastes all watered down. They don’t use real ingredients, it’s just a bunch of powder.
No boba made. the girl that works there should know that you should always have one batch of boba ready In the back so they will never run out. I know it takes one hour to make, I have worked in a boba store myself. That’s why I recommend always having extra boba made to serve when u run out. It’s a bubble tea shop, there should always be boba ready. The poor girl should also not be working by herself, it was so busy that she was stressed and unable to have great customer service.. that’s the owners fault.
It was my first time visiting this specific boba tea shop, even though I usually go to Litchi Snow Ice. The staff is friendly and the interior is quite appealing and quaint! However, when it comes to the boba tea itself, the tapioca pearls are too soft and unsatisfying to chew and the tea tastes watered down. I would recommend going to Litchi Snow Ice instead.
They don't deserve a star. The service at this place is horrible. The only reason I waited for so long was because my kids wanted to try the drink but never again!!!
