I really wish Delaware had options for electrical service. It would make it more competitive and improve service with the competition. Unfortunately we’re stuck with DEC. In my development we have a light that is old and dim. Because it works (barely), they will not replace it with a newer LED regardless of the quality, without a 3 yr contract. Don’t get me started on all the power outages and thrown breakers in our house. I’m giving 2 stars because the cost of electricity is on the lower side even though we have solar panels.

This is an excellent utility. They are quick to respond, reliable, and much cheaper than DP&L!
