For the Bella Vista location. We ordered the catfish dinner with the sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli and cheese sauce. The second dish we ordered was the chicken fried steak dinner full size, with fried okra and coleslaw. They did not have coleslaw and they did not have mashed potatoes. So we just got more okra and they gave us french fries. There was no cheese sauce it was just grated cheese on broccoli. The french fries had absolutely no flavor aside from the burnt grease they were cooked in. The catfish was a positive as were the hush puppies. Both dinners were supposed to come with a hot roll and did not. The full chicken fried steak filled up maybe half the container to go. this was definitely not worth a time or the money. both the fries and the chicken fried steak tasted like they had been cooked in grease that was old and burnt and had cooked too many other kinds of foods.

Terrible service. Told staff needs come before any customer request. Can’t have items removed and placed on side. Do not ask to have hash browns on the side. Kitchen staff too busy to accommodate and their needs come first. Exactly what waitress informed me. No food at 45 minutes. Seated with other tables who during this time ordered, received food, ate, paid, and left. Left never eating. Bella Vista location.

We I have ordered Star spangled omelettes here the past 2 days. They were excellent. So happy they are now open in Bella Vista.

Nice, small comfortable place. Food and service were good. Waitstaff not wearing masks and saw littler sanitizing if that is still a concern.

Great food and friendly staff!
