Flatwood Job Corps Center was one of the greatest experience I had in my life and 1986 a young kid arrived on Center and a man left from a fixing up four years later descendants director mr. Bohannon in dorm director missed a little taught me well about responsibility
I attended 98 to 00 spruce hall A2 had a good experience.ran into some racists people. But thats every where.
Didn’t realize I was posting on my boyfriends account but anyways. The staff are rude. They treat you like you’ve done something wrong when you didn’t. They have favoritism, and does not care about your mental health. My boyfriend had to go to the hospital, and they kicked him out because he was in the hospital trying to get medicine for his depression, etc. I would not recommend this place at all. I was told this was the place to go, and we both regret it. I can’t honestly see why they tried to shut the place down.
Crooks on the loose everywhere
Graduated in 2005: the electrical program changed my life. if you pay attention to your instructors and do well. (ignore politics between people) this program can help a lot. I am now an electrician and travel to so many different states doing work making about 25-32 an hour depending on location. This place saved me from the streets. and gave me a skill for life.
