I really enjoyed the short period of time that I worked here. The people in training are incredibly skilled at their jobs and are easy to get along with. If I ever move back to the area this would be my very first choice. Also the pay for the area is really great!

I cannot speak for any departments I didn't work in but in a year I moved from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Ono one for Accountants, then was taught QuickBooks Desktop and did ProAdvisor Support for both products, went to ProAdvisor Chat for a little while before landing in Platinum and Elite ProAdvisor Support. Every team lead I met a long the way added something positive to my Sykes experience and were very kind and understanding. If you end going there, do not expect it to be easy because it can be difficult some days, but there are amazing people that work with you. Both in management and fellow agents .
