My daughter has been training here for 6 months, after training at another martial arts school for 5 years. Len is an amazing trainer, who really knows his Martial arts. He's also a hands on coach, which is a major plus for us. Champion is by far the best school in the tri-city area.
I love training at Champion. I was completely new to all types of martial arts when I started and Len has been so helpful and patient and has never once made me feel like I didn't belong there because I was such a newbie. Five stars for sure.

Very friendly and family oriented environment. Champion striking and fitness has helped with both my mental and physical health. I started with no experience and was very nervous but both the owner and his wife are encouraging, helpful and care about your success. They offer classes for all levels with classmates that are supportive and kind. I have had an exceptional experience here and I know you will too.
Len and his wife are absolutely great people! We are visiting from California and needed a place to train while on vacation. This gym was the perfect atmosphere! I have a great gym back home at Alliance in San Diego CA and this gym made me not miss a workout!! Awesome set up, amazing weight selection, great classes and amazing feedback! Love that it’s a family owned business too!
